Our foundation repair process involves:

• Concrete Removal: Start by removing existing concrete from the foundation.
• Trenching: Dig a 12-20 inch deep trench along the specified wall.
• Piping: Lay schedule 30 PVC perforated pipe in the trench, pitched towards the drain tile or sump pump. Protect the system with a mesh to prevent root damage and debris blockage.
• Gravel Fill: Fill the trench and surround the pipe with 6A drain gravel to ensure efficient water flow to the designated drainage area.
• Membrane Installation: Install drainage membrane along the footing to channel water to our system.
• Cement Pouring: Finish by pouring standard cement mixed with Portland cement for enhanced strength, thanks to added aggregates.

Our foundation repair process involves:

• Trench Digging: Digging a trench 2-3 feet from the exterior wall to the foundation and drain tile.
• Wall Inspection: Scrape and wire brush the wall to locate cracks, rot holes, and other issues.
• Wall Protection: Apply Wet Stick tar and protect it with 6 mil. visqueen lining.
• Water Guidance: Line the basement wall with Delta MS membrane to direct water to the drain tile.
• Drainage Enhancement: Change drain tile if needed, cover with 6A drain gravel.
• Backfill and Grade:Backfill the trench and grade to level, minimizing landscape damage with manual digging.
