How we got here
SuperDry Basements works out of New Haven, Michigan, and the two owners have 25+ years of basement and foundation work between them — most of it within thirty miles of the shop, on the same clay and the same postwar block your house sits on.
The work has not changed much in that time and neither has the method: find where the water is actually getting in, say so plainly, put the scope and the price in writing, then do that and nothing else. A wet basement rarely needs every system on the price list, and a homeowner can tell when they are being sold one.
Every system we install carries the lifetime transferable warranty, which transfers to the next owner if you sell. That is a long time to stand behind a job, and it is the reason we would rather scope it right the first time than come back to it.
