What this website is

This site provides information about our basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and related services, and lets you request a free inspection or contact us. It is informational — nothing on this site is a contract for work, a binding quote, or a guarantee of any particular result.

Estimates, pricing, and inspections

Any figures shown on this site — including cost ranges, guides, or estimator tools — are general information only. They are not quotes and not offers. Every basement and foundation is different, and the only binding price is one we put in writing after an in-person inspection of your property.

Requesting an inspection does not create an obligation for either of us. We may decline a project, and you are free to decline our proposal.
